Why Cringel?
2006, October 31 - 23:02 — Marius
- After internal discussions, we decided to have a "brandable" name instead of a generic one (like "southeastasiatravellers"), because that is easier to remember.
- Also, Kringel means a curve or an indescribable form in Lithuanian and in Russian (Крингель). And we believe life is unpredictable.
- Some people think and live according to lines, from A to B. But sometimes it can be something much more random.
- It is the symbol of our current point of view - we decided to step away from the employees' reality and carefully look at ourselves, see if we want to change anything.
