14 hours until take off...

Our countdown says "0 days, 14 hours until Take-off to Bangkok."

It is hard to believe it. We cautiously started thinking about a possibility to travel somewhere for a longer period, and that was a year ago.

We started realizing that it may come true, half a year ago.

We understood that it will really happen only yesterday.

But the most important was the understanding that we can do it and there is really nothing that could be a serious obstacle. To realize that you control your own life, and not tax inspection, or the government, employer or parents. And most importantly - routine. This one is way stronger than anything else put together. Sucks you in when you start the school, and BOOM, there you see your grandchildren running around in the backyard.

Somebody said that "even though you guys are running from the routine, you won't avoid it during your trip, it's just that the routine will be different."

And that is probably true, with one exception - there will be a lot of small routines that are very different. And that's perfectly OK, as long as it's not a single one, but huge.
