Even if living poor life, it's not difficult to have it reasonably clean.

Some of locals are quite lazy to tell the truth. It is not very uncommon to see a yard with an impressive amount of garbage. Nobody minds. They just build a bridge over a heap.

Question

According to Maslov idea, one first cares about physical needs. Satisfaction of social needs come only after some time. I wonder how long it should take for Asian people to start thinking of their environment?
