I've seen Microsoft Windows errors on at least several places. A few I can remember:

• Personal computers, obviously.
• PDAs.
• Kiosks and information displays.
• ATMs, even.

Now it creeps closer:

I can live with Microsoft being used in transport systems, if it only goes as far as displays in underground trains.

But don't let me see the day when Windows will be controlling the brakes or steering of my car.
