Long way home. Street at night in Luang Prabang, Laos
Rushing back to my hotel through rainy, cold and dark street of Luang prabang, I noticed a lone pedestrian, walking slowly.
I was happy to have a cozy and warm place to get back to.
Did she as well?

As I watch your posts on night life. One question arises, Is it safe at night? Any marauders?
Nightlife in Asia and safety
I never and nowhere felt as safe as in Asia, at least Southeast Asia. Even back home I'm looking behind my back as I walk through the city at night.
Naturally, there may be places where it is better not to show up, but I was walking around all types of places both at night and day time without any concerns about it, and actually never had any problems.
Talking about threats and dangers in general, the chances are much, much bigger that you'll fall off a motorbike, and get some nasty wounds.
